User Workshop on SolidCAM iMachining on Thursday, 6 June 2013 at HEIDENHAIN Traunreut
We would like to invite you to a special workshop:
SolidCAM iMachining presented at HEIDENHAIN.
This particular event shows two key CIM components in direct interaction: CAM and CNC controller.
In the first part of the workshop SolidCAM will present the revolutionary iMachining technology.
You will then get detailed information on the proven milling controller iTNC 530 and the new TNC 640, which is not only fast and accurate, but also has powerful turning features.
During the live cutting portion of the event in the machine hall, we will mill two different Parts, created by iMachining.
The first iMachining part material is stainless steel (X8CrNiS18-9), and is milled on a DMU 60evo, with TNC 530 controller.
The second iMachining part material is hardened steel (16MnCr5), and is milled on a Hermle C42 MT, with TNC 640 controller.
