I visited SolidCAM customer Ahim Angel Industries to demonstrate the power of iMachining.
I used iMachining 3D.
CNC Machine: Mazak
Material: 6061 Aluminum
Depth of cut: 36.5 mm
Tool: End mill, diameter 16, teeth 3 (Iscar)
Cutting time customer: 5.5 minutes
iMachining Wizard: level 5 (turbo)
Cutting time iMachining: 3.5 minutes (40% saving)
Demonstration was watched by three workers and the factory owner.
They liked very much the processing technology of iMachining 3D.
They also liked the ease and speed of programming the part and of course the speed of cutting.
They asked us to send them a quote for iMachining 3D.
