Hello, I’d like give some feedback on the work Cody Estes is doing for me. I reached out with a post issue and before immediately just making the change and sending it back to me, he fully reviewed my post and realized that there were a lot of issues with it. So he reached to me by phone, which was much appreciated, and we came to an agreement to scrap the old one and have him build a new one for us. The timing of this couldn’t have been better as we have fully transitioned our mills to Solidcam, but not our lathes. However, transitioning the lathes was the top priority given to me at the beginning of this year. Cody has not only rebuilt a much more robust post for me, but has been very responsive in a timely manner getting back to me with answers and updates to the post needed for the code to work correctly at the machine. As well as giving good guidance and knowledge when using the software. I don’t have a senior programmer above me, or a back up beneath me and so him...

The SolidCAM training event at REGO-FIX was a great experience. Brad did a fantastic job going over a lot of information in a relatively short amount of time. I 100% recommend it for new and even somewhat experienced users. Absolutely worth the investment and am looking forward to the support and more training opportunities in the future.

I have been using SolidCAM for about 10 years, and worked with a lot of post development engineers, at least 10. I have to say that working with Cody Estes has been awesome. He’s very responsive to issues that have arisen throughout the development phase, and always listens to my concerns in order to get the best solution possible. He’s always willing to take the time to listen. It’s nice to work with someone that is customer focused and dedicated to doing things right; I can’t express how much that is appreciated.

fast and efficient service

Joshua Schmidt was very patient and kind to work with. He answered all of my questions and got me up to speed on Simultaneous 5-Axis Milling and twin spindle twin turret turning in only three days.

Josh was the guy who helped me today. He always goes above and beyond to make sure our needs are met. In fact, this past Tuesday when Josh was in our plant for a two-day training for myself, I was injured on the job and had to be taken to the hospital. Josh not only helped me during my injury trauma, but he also stuck around and helped program and complete a critical project which included making a fixture. If he had not been willing to do this, our company would have been shut down. So, thanks Josh! And thank you Solidcam for producing team members like Joshua Schmidt.

Called about part associativity with with external prz files. I got connected with Joshua Schmidt, and he helped me through it. Josh then took the time to teach me about setting up file structures to work with our vault. This will make saving and referencing models so much easier in the future. Thank you Josh!

Cody has gone above and beyond to help me! Excellent customer service! I can’t thank him enough. He’s gone out of his and put in extra hours to help me reach a solution to my problems.

Hello all I wanted to take a few minutes to say how great the people at SolidCam have been to work with from answering my questions no matter how simple or complex they are. Daneen Leonard especially helped me out. Great company great customer service overall great people.
